How many guests are required to book?

We currently have an 8-person minimum for private hibachi events. Smaller parties are still welcome to book by meeting the equivalent of the 8-person minimum.

What is included with my hibachi experience?

Our private hibachi experience includes your selected menu, a live interactive hibachi cooking experience, and a complete dining setup with tables, chairs, linens, plates, utensils, napkins, and other essentials. We bring the hibachi experience directly to you!

How much space do I need?

We recommend having a clear, level outdoor area with enough room for the hibachi grill, chef, tables, chairs, and guests. If you’re unsure whether your space will work, feel free to send us photos of the area before your event.

It helps to consider the guest count, the available cooking area, seating arrangements, and any dietary needs before the event. Sharing these details with a professional allows the experience to be planned thoughtfully and helps guests feel well cared for.

Do you cook indoors or outdoors?

Due to the open-flame cooking and fire show, our hibachi experience is primarily designed for outdoor events. Covered patios do work depending on the amount of clearance and ventilation available.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We regularly accommodate parties ranging from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations. Events with 30 or more guests require an additional chef, subject to chef availability.

Do I need to know my exact guest count before booking?

No! You do not need your final guest count to reserve your date. Your deposit secures the date, and your final guest count can be confirmed closer to your event.

Do I need to choose my menu before booking?

No! Your menu does not need to be finalized when you reserve your date. You can secure your event first and confirm your menu selections closer to the event.

How do I reserve my date?

Accepted Answer

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

Can I reschedule my event?

Yes. Your deposit may be transferred one time to a new available date. Additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Because most events are held outdoors, we recommend having a backup plan such as a covered patio, canopy, or alternate date. Weather-related rescheduling may be accommodated with sufficient notice.

Can guests choose different entrées?

Yes! Guests can typically select their own protein combination from the available menu options. For larger events, we may recommend a simplified menu to make service more efficient.

Do you accommodate vegetarian or dietary requests?

Yes. Vegetarian options are available, and we will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions when notified in advance. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary concerns before your event.

Do you provide drinks or alcohol?

Beverages and alcohol are not included. Clients are welcome to provide their own drinks for their guests.

How early do you arrive?

We generally arrive approximately 1–1½ hours before the scheduled dining time to unload, set up, and prepare everything for your experience.

The cooking and entertainment portion typically lasts approximately 1 to 1½ hours, depending on the number of guests and the event.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not automatically included and is completely at your discretion. If you enjoyed your chef and experience, gratuity is always greatly appreciated.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Travel fees are applied and dependent  on the location of your event. We service Riverside County and surrounding areas, including   Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County & parts of Ventura County. Your travel fee will be included in your quote.

We prepare and portion food according to the confirmed guest count. Please notify us of any changes as early as possible so we can properly prepare for everyone attending.

What do I need to provide?

One of the best parts of booking with us is that we handle most of the setup! You’ll primarily need to provide a suitable outdoor space for the experience and any beverages you’d like to serve. We’ll communicate any additional requirements with you before your event.
